This was after about two and a half days of blizzard. The odd thing is that I don’t actually think it snowed, but apparently the wind blew straight at my door for awhile.

I always try to tip well, especially people who bring me food in subzero weather.

I have to admit I was a little taken aback. It had just occurred to me that I should dig my way out before the pizza guy came, and I opened the door to see just how bad it was (and that he was already there).
I decided long ago that I would never survive where you live. I loathe cold and even think 40 is too cold so…but I really enjoy your Arctic posts. Been close to there in summer but not that warm even then.
Nah, 40s is a common summer temp. …which feels hot after this kind of winter.
