We have something like that in Winnipeg, Canada. lol Except ours are on attached to a low wooden fence. Brrrr.
The plugs in appear to up high – are you saying that’s how much snow they can expect in a winter? Plugs I know, and deep snow I know but … on average? really?
I doubt they get that much snow. We get less up here in Barrow than I used to get living in Northern Arizona. I think the high source is just convenient for this design. Notice the actual plugins are down near the front grills of the cars. they just start high, which is unusual.
Most of ours herein Barrow are the low fence kind.
